Fire up the grill for vibrant and delicious kebabs, ideal for any occasion from casual weeknights to summer gatherings.
Ingredients:
  • 32 green king prawns, peeled (tails intact), deveined
  • 4 small chat potatoes, quartered, steamed
  • 300g onion
  • 62.50 ml sambal oelek (chilli paste)
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • Steamed white rice, to serve
  • Satay sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • Skewer prawns, potato, and onion onto 8 skewers, then place them in a dish. Brush with flavorful sambal oelek and give them a light spray of oil. Cook, turning occasionally, for 5 to 6 minutes until prawns are perfectly cooked and the onion is nicely browned.
  • Enjoy with a side of fluffy steamed rice and drizzle with savory satay sauce.
