Chilli prawn and tomato spaghetti

"Whip up a delicious dinner with just six simple ingredients!"
Ingredients:
  • 375g Cucina Matese Spaghetti
  • 18.20 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 650g prawn
  • 6 medium tomatoes, deseeded, finely chopped
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions until tender. Reserve 1/2 cup of cooking liquid before draining. Add pasta back to the pot.
  • Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat, then add garlic and chilli. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Stir in tomato and cooking liquid, cook for 2 minutes until heated. Season with salt and pepper, and finish by stirring through parsley. Serve.
