Chilli prawn spaghetti recipe for two

Quick and satisfying pasta dish with minimal ingredients, a touch of magic in every bite.
Ingredients:
  • 200g dried spaghetti pasta
  • 9.20 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • Pinch dried chilli flakes
  • 325g prawn
  • 3 medium tomatoes, deseeded, finely chopped
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh continental parsley leaves
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in a large saucepan of salted water according to package instructions until tender. Save 1/4 cup of cooking liquid before draining.
  • Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat, then sauté garlic and chili for 1 minute until fragrant. Add prawns and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Mix in pasta, tomato, and cooking liquid, then cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and pepper, and stir in parsley before serving.
