Chilli prawn pasta

Whip up a delicious pasta dish with only six ingredients, ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 375g spaghetti
  • 75.08 gm olive oil
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 long red chilli, finely chopped
  • 62.50 ml finely shredded fresh basil leaves
  • 400g (24) cooked small prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in a pot of salted water according to package instructions until tender. Save 1/4 cup of the cooking liquid before draining.
  • In the same pan with the cooked pasta, combine olive oil, onion, chili, basil, prawns, and reserved liquid. Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
