Creamy chilli & garlic prawn pasta

Ingredients:
  • 250g fettuccine
  • 5ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 500g green prawns, tails removed
  • 75ml thickened cream
Instructions:
  • Add a pinch of salt to boiling water in a saucepan, then add pasta and a drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • When the pasta is nearing al dente, heat a fry pan over high heat and toss in garlic, chili flakes, and half of the dried chives for a burst of flavorful aroma.
  • Add succulent prawn meat to the pan, stirring gently until the prawns are perfectly cooked. Mix in rich cream and the remaining fragrant dried chives into the pan.
  • After draining the pasta, plate it and top each serving with the prawn mixture and sauce.
