Chilli-lime corn on the cob

Corn with zesty chili-lime flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 56.88 gm brand olive oil
  • 20.00 ml finely grated lime zest
  • 1 long fresh red chilli, seeded (optional), finely chopped
  • 5.00 gm paprika
  • 8 corn cobs, husks and silks removed
  • 2 limes, halved (optional)
Instructions:
  • Get the barbecue grill nice and hot. Mix together the oil, lime zest, chili, and paprika in a small bowl. Don't forget to season it.
  • Evenly spread the oil mixture on the corn cobs. Grill, turning occasionally, for 10 minutes or until tender.
  • Grill lime halves until they're lightly charred, turning as needed.
  • Place the corn cobs on a platter and drizzle with fresh lime juice.
