Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons crumbled cotija cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 ears corn, shucked and halved
  • 4 sprigs fresh cilantro, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Combine the creamy mayonnaise, tangy cotija cheese, zesty lime juice, and spicy chili powder in a shallow dish.
  • Coat each corn piece in the mayonnaise mixture until fully coated on all sides.
  • Arrange the 4 corn pieces in the air fryer basket and air fry for 8 minutes. Finish by adding a sprinkle of fresh cilantro for a burst of flavor.
