Whip up vibrant Argentine chimichurri in 10 mins with parsley, oregano, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Elevate grilled dishes with this easy, flavorful sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup firmly packed fresh flat-leaf parsley, trimmed of thick stems
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsps fresh oregano leaves (can sub 2 teaspoons dried oregano)
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red or white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions:
  • Prepare a flavorful herb mixture by finely chopping the parsley, fresh oregano, and garlic, or use a food processor for ease and speed. Transfer the aromatic blend to a small bowl.
  • Mix in the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. Serve right away or chill in the refrigerator. If refrigerated, allow it to come to room temperature before serving. This dish will stay fresh for up to two weeks. If you enjoyed the recipe, please leave a rating and review to let us know!
