Ingredients:
  • 3 quarts chicken stock
  • 1 head napa cabbage, sliced
  • 4 slices fresh ginger root
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, swiftly bring the flavorful stock to a bubbling boil. Toss in thin slices of cabbage and generous slices of fragrant ginger. Let it reach a rolling boil once more. Lower the heat to a gentle medium-low and let the flavors meld together beautifully for approximately 20 minutes.
