Crunchy ramen salad with cashews, cabbage, green onions, and tangy soy dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, crushed
  • 10 ounces cashew pieces
  • 1 (16 ounce) package shredded coleslaw mix
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 0.25 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Toast the crushed noodles and nuts in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven until golden brown.
  • Combine coleslaw, green onions, toasted ramen noodles, and cashews in a large bowl for a delicious crunch in every bite.
  • Whisk sugar, oil, vinegar, and soy sauce for the dressing. Drizzle over salad, toss well, and enjoy.
