Indulge in a savory Asian dish with tender chicken, hearty noodles, and crisp spring onion.
Ingredients:
  • 250g fresh hokkien noodles
  • 400g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1L Real Soup Base - Chinese
  • 500.00 ml frozen Asian vegetable mix
  • 2 green spring onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Separate noodles by rinsing them under warm water and draining well.
  • Heat oil in a saucepan, then brown chicken for 3-4 minutes. Stir in Campbell’s Real Soup Base-Chinese, bring to a boil, and add vegetables and noodles. Cook for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Serve the soup in bowls and garnish with fresh green spring onion.
