Indulgent spicy peanut sauce elevates pasta with soy sauce, crushed red pepper, veggie broth, garlic, scallion, bell pepper, and cilantro. Toss and enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces dry fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in a large pot of water until perfectly 'al dente', then rinse and drain before setting aside.
  • Combine peanut butter, broth, soy sauce, garlic, and crushed red pepper in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Add pasta, sliced red pepper, scallions, and cilantro; toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate until chilled.
