Taiwanese breakfast wrap: Bacon or ham, eggs, tortilla, and spicy sauce for a flavorful twist. Perfect for adventurous eaters!
Ingredients:
  • 1 slice bacon
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (6 inch) corn tortilla
  • 0.25 cup sweet corn kernels
  • 1 tablespoon smooth salsa
Instructions:
  • Cook a slice of bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy. Set aside. Lower the heat to medium, add the egg to the skillet, and sprinkle with corn. Cook for just under 10 seconds.
  • Place the tortilla over the entire egg, allowing it to firm up and stick to the tortilla. Flip it over and top with the bacon, then add salsa before wrapping it up. Remove from the skillet, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve hot.
