Whip up an easy and satisfying chicken salad for a no-fuss dinner that’s waiting for you.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Suddenly Salad® chipotle ranch pasta salad mix
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped tomato
  • 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
  • Lime wedges, if desired
Instructions:
  • Pour the Pasta mix into a 3-quart saucepan filled two-thirds full with boiling water. Simmer gently for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the corn during the last 3 minutes of cooking.
  • Drain the pasta along with the corn and give them a quick rinse under cold water. Shake well to remove any excess water.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the seasoning mix and milk until well combined. Add mayonnaise, followed by pasta, corn, chicken, tomato, and onions. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh lime wedges and refrigerate any leftover salad by covering it.
