Creamy garlic chive pasta sauce with cream cheese and olive oil - a unique twist on classic pesto.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups large garlic chives
  • 0.5 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
Instructions:
  • Finely chop garlic chives in a food processor. Add basil and pulse again. Drizzle in olive oil and process until mixed. Incorporate garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and cream cheese. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to mingle flavors.
