Choc-caramel ravioli

Indulgent chocolate pastries to satisfy your cravings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 sheet frozen ready-rolled puff pastry, partially thawed
  • 60g Snickers chocolate bar, cut into 8 slices
  • Icing sugar mixture, for dusting
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • 1. Slice the pastry into 4 even strips, then cut each strip into 4 squares. 2. Take one pastry square, add a piece of Snickers, and cover it with another pastry square. Press the edges firmly with a fork to seal. 3. Repeat the process with the remaining pastry squares and Snickers pieces. 4. Arrange the assembled pastries on a baking sheet.
  • Bake until golden and puffed, 10 to 12 minutes. Let the filling cool for 3 minutes. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
