Deliciously simple 5-ingredient truffle treats, perfect for gifting.
Ingredients:
  • 250g packet plain sweet biscuits
  • 180g block dark chocolate, chopped
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 127.50 gm desiccated coconut
  • 100g packet red glace cherries, chopped
Instructions:
  • Prepare a large tray by lining it with baking paper. Pulse the biscuits in a food processor until they resemble fine breadcrumbs, then transfer the mixture to a bowl.
  • Add chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on medium-high (75%) for 1 to 2 minutes, pausing to stir with a metal spoon every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
  • Combine chocolate, condensed milk, 1/2 cup coconut, and cherries with the biscuit. Mix well. Roll 1 level tablespoon of the mixture into a ball using damp hands. Coat the ball in the remaining coconut by tossing it in a bowl. Place the coated ball on a prepared tray. Repeat with the rest of the mixture. Serve and enjoy!
