Whisk together, chill, and indulge in this easy no-bake chocolate coconut slice, ideal with a warm drink.
Ingredients:
  • Melted butter, to grease
  • 250g pkt plain sweet biscuits
  • 35g (1/3 cup) cocoa powder
  • 65g (3/4 cup) desiccated coconut
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • Pure icing sugar (optional), to dust
Instructions:
  • 1. Brush a 26 x 16cm slab pan with melted butter and line with non-stick baking paper. 2. Place biscuits in a large sealable plastic bag and coarsely crush using a rolling pin.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the biscuit, cocoa powder, and 1/2 cup of coconut. Create a well in the center and pour in the condensed milk. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the lined pan, then sprinkle with the remaining coconut. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours until set. Cut into slices and lightly dust with icing sugar before serving, if desired.
