Choc-mint magic ice-cream cones

Indulgent choc-mint ice-cream cones ready in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 200g dark choc melts
  • 4 waffle ice-cream cones
  • 40g Nestlé Peppermint Aero bar, lightly crushed
  • 8 scoops Nestlé Peppermint Crisp Ice Cream
  • Nestlé Peppermint Crisp bar, cut into shards, to serve
  • 2 Arnott’s Mint Slice biscuits, broken, to serve (optional)
Instructions:
  • Prepare a wire rack by lining it with baking paper. In a microwave-safe bowl, place the melts and microwave on Medium in 1-minute intervals until completely melted and smooth.
  • Indulge by swirling the tops of the cones in velvety melted chocolate, shaking gently to remove any extra. Sprinkle generously with crushed Aero, then place the cones chocolate-side down on a prepared rack. Let sit until the chocolate perfectly sets.
  • Add 2 generous scoops of ice cream to each cone, then garnish with Peppermint Crisp and Mint Slice for a delightful finish.
