Indulge in the irresistible magic of mint chocolate ice cream paired with crunchy biscuits for the perfect dessert experience.
Ingredients:
  • 2pkt (35g each) Aero Bubbles Peppermint chocolate
  • 600ml double cream
  • 3 pkt (440ml each) Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich
  • 110ml Fresh Chocolate Sauce
  • 2 Peppermint Crisp bars, sliced into long shards
Instructions:
  • Whip the cream in a bowl using electric beaters until stiff peaks form.
  • Unwrap 1 packet of ice-cream sandwiches and arrange them side by side with long sides touching on a serving platter. Spread a third of the cream over the biscuit layer. Top with another layer of ice-cream sandwiches, gently pressing down. Repeat with the cream. Add the remaining ice-cream sandwiches and cream in layers. Freeze for 15-20 minutes to set before serving.
  • Drizzle the stack with rich chocolate sauce. Halve half of the Aero Bubbles and sprinkle them over the stack. Finish by adding the Peppermint Crisp shards and the rest of the Aero Bubbles.
