Choc-mint mudslide cocktail recipe

Upgrade the classic mudslide cocktail with mint liqueur and chocolate-mint ice cream for a refreshing dessert-drink combo to elevate your party menu.
Ingredients:
  • 100g Minty Crunchy Chocolate Balls
  • 50g dark chocolate, melted
  • 125ml (½ cup) mint liqueur
  • 125ml (½ cup) liqueur
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) vodka
  • 280.00 gm chocolate mint ice-cream
  • 160ml (2/3 cup) thickened cream
  • 250.00 ml crushed ice
  • 250g can whipped cream
Instructions:
  • Chill 6 martini glasses in the fridge for 15 minutes. Set aside 6 mint chocolate balls. Place the rest of the balls in a sealable plastic bag, wrap in a tea towel, and crush finely with a rolling pin or meat mallet. Transfer the crumbs to a small plate.
  • Spread the melted chocolate onto a small plate. Coat the chilled glass rims in the melted chocolate and then in the crushed mint chocolate balls. Chill until serving time. Keep any extra crushed mint chocolate balls for later.
  • Blend mint liqueur, Baileys, vodka, ice-cream, thickened cream, and ice until smooth. Serve in glasses, top with whipped cream, sprinkle with crushed mint chocolate balls, and finish with reserved mint chocolate balls.
