Delicious nutty treat, perfect for holiday gift-giving. Santa will love them with a glass of milk!
Ingredients:
  • 250g shortbread biscuits
  • 95.00 gm Milk Chocolate Bits
  • 95.00 gm White Chocolate Bits
  • 250.00 ml dried fruit medley
  • 187.50 ml shelled pistachio kernels, roughly chopped
  • 86.25 gm walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 185g white chocolate melts, roughly chopped
  • 60g butter
Instructions:
  • Pulse biscuits in a food processor until finely crushed. Transfer to a bowl and mix in chocolate bits, dried fruit, 1/4 cup of pistachios, and 1/4 cup of walnuts until well combined.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt condensed milk, chocolate melts, and butter until smooth. Allow to cool, then mix into the biscuit mixture. Shape into 10 logs, each 12cm long.
  • Finely chop the leftover nuts and sprinkle them over a sheet of baking paper. Roll the logs in the nuts, then refrigerate until firm. Finally, wrap in cellophane and tie with ribbons for a festive touch.
