Indulgent chocolate éclair cake: graham cracker layers, whipped pudding, and rich chocolate frosting for a stunning dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package graham crackers
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (16 ounce) package prepared chocolate frosting
Instructions:
  • Create a base in a 9x13-inch baking dish by arranging a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom.
  • In a large bowl, vigorously whisk together the milk and vanilla pudding for 2 minutes. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  • Layer half of the decadent pudding mixture over the graham crackers in the pan. Add a single layer of graham crackers on top. Cover with the rest of the luscious pudding mixture, and finish by topping with another layer of graham crackers.
  • Microwave the uncovered container of frosting on half power for 1 minute. Pour over the cake and spread evenly to the edges. Chill the cake for at least 12 hours before serving.
