Decadent oversized eclair with luscious cream cheese filling and rich chocolate drizzle.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 4 cups milk
  • 3 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 0.25 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Heat butter and water in a large saucepan until boiling. Add flour, stir until it forms a ball, then transfer to a bowl. Beat in eggs one by one.
  • Press the mixture into a 9x13 inch pan, forming a crust. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before using.
  • Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese and milk until smooth in a large bowl. Integrate pudding mix and beat until thickened. Spread over the cooled shell, then add a layer of whipped topping and finish with a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
