Decadent no-bake chocolate éclair cake with graham crackers, creamy vanilla pudding layers, and rich chocolate frosting.
Ingredients:
  • 2 individual packages graham crackers
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (16 ounce) package prepared chocolate frosting
Instructions:
  • Create a snug layer of graham crackers on the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan.
  • In a large bowl, briskly whisk together cold milk and pudding for 2 minutes. Gently fold in whipped topping until fully combined. Spread half of the pudding mixture over a layer of graham crackers, then add another layer of crackers. Cover with the rest of the pudding mixture and finish with a final layer of crackers.
  • Spread a generous layer of decadent chocolate frosting on top. Chill for a minimum of 2 hours, enhancing the texture as the graham crackers gently soften.
