Decadent chocolate almond fudge for a show-stopping holiday dessert.
Ingredients:
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 pounds powdered sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup Almond Breeze Vanilla almondmilk
  • 0.75 cup vegan buttery sticks, softened
  • 0.75 dash almond flavor
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 9-inch baking pan by lining it with foil and then spraying the foil with cooking spray.
  • In a large saucepan, combine powdered sugar, cocoa, and salt. Stir in almond milk and buttery sticks. Cook over medium-low heat until the buttery sticks melt and the mixture is smooth and well combined, stirring frequently.
  • Take the mixture off the heat. Vigorously beat with a spoon for about 5 minutes until it loses its shine. Mix in the almond flavor and almonds.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the pan and allow it to cool completely for approximately 2 hours.
