Elevate banoffee pie with decadent chunky chocolate layer. No-bake indulgence featuring caramel, cream, chocolate, and bananas.
Ingredients:
  • 250g Digestive biscuits
  • 125g butter, melted
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 30g Flake chocolate bar, crumbled
  • 46g Picnic chocolate bar, chopped
  • 53g Snickers chocolate bar, chopped
  • 380g can NESTLÉ Top n Fill Caramel
  • 3 bananas, sliced
Instructions:
  • Pulse the biscuits in a food processor until they turn into fine crumbs. Add the butter and blend until fully incorporated. Press the mixture onto the base and sides of a 3cm-deep, 23cm fluted tart tin with a removable base. Refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
  • Place the biscuit base onto a serving plate. Whip the cream with an electric beater until soft peaks form. Mix together the Flake, Picnic, and Snickers in a bowl.
  • Smooth the luscious caramel over the biscuit base. Layer the bananas neatly on top of the caramel. Finish off with a decadent mixture of cream and chocolate.
