Indulgent Swedish fat balls recipe perfect for a cozy ski break treat.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup margarine
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons cold coffee
  • 0.5 cup pearl sugar
Instructions:
  • Cream together the margarine and sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Combine oats, cocoa, and vanilla. Mix in coffee. Shape dough into balls slightly smaller than a ping pong ball. Roll balls in pearl sugar on a saucer. Chill cookies for 1 hour before serving.
