Decadent chocolate brownies made with rich, quality ingredients for the perfect balance of crispy outside and gooey inside. A heavenly treat for all chocolate lovers!
Ingredients:
  • 250 g quality dark chocolate (70%)
  • 250 g unsalted butter
  • 4 large free-range eggs
  • 250 g golden caster sugar
  • 2 heaped tablespoons self-raising flour
  • 2 heaped tablespoons quality cocoa powder
Instructions:
  • - Preheat the oven to 180ºC/350ºF/gas 4. Line a 20cm square baking tin with a piece of wet greaseproof paper. Melt the chocolate and butter with a pinch of sea salt over a water bath until smooth. Let it cool slightly. Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy. Fold in flour and cocoa, then mix in the melted chocolate. Pour into the tin and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before serving with vanilla ice cream, crushed hazelnuts, and caramel popcorn.
