Decadent brownies to satisfy cravings.
Ingredients:
  • 180g Flora Buttery, melted
  • 75g (3/4 cup) cocoa powder
  • 350g (1 1/2 cups) caster sugar
  • 4 drops vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 100g plain flour, sifted
  • 3.00 gm baking powder
  • 100g dark chocolate 70% cocoa solids, chopped
  • 115.00 gm chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 160°C and prepare a 20cm x 30cm swiss roll tin by lining it with baking paper.
  • In a large bowl, blend together butter and cocoa, then incorporate sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased baking tin and bake for 30-40 minutes until it is firm yet still moist. Let it cool completely in the tin before cutting it into squares.
