Colorful chocolate nut brownies - a feast for the eyes and the taste buds!
Ingredients:
300g butter
600g dark chocolate melts
285g caster sugar
4eggs, lightly whisked
450g plain flour
125g sour cream
145g macadamia
180g white chocolate, coarsely chopped
200g milk chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 160°C. Prepare a 25cm square cake pan by greasing and lining it with baking paper.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate together until smooth, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes. Take it off the heat and let it cool for 5 minutes. Mix in the sugar and eggs, followed by the flour and sour cream. Finally, fold in the macadamia nuts, white chocolate, and milk chocolate until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into the pan and bake for 45-50 minutes until perfectly cooked. Allow it to cool in the pan. Trim the edges with a sharp knife and cut into 3cm square pieces. Place in paper cases and present beautifully on a serving platter before serving.
