- 6 x 3cm good-quality tart shells
- 100g dark chocolate, plus extra shaved chocolate to serve
- 60ml cream
Instructions:

Once smooth, spread this decadent mixture over the caramel in the tarts. Let it set before serving, garnished with delicate shavings of chocolate on top.
