Whip up easy and delicious chocolate caramel tarts with clever time-saving tips.
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml caramel top n' fill filling
  • 6 x 3cm good-quality tart shells
  • 100g dark chocolate, plus extra shaved chocolate to serve
  • 60ml cream
Instructions:
  • Spread the luscious caramel in the tart shells and refrigerate until ready to use. Create a silky ganache by melting chocolate and cream together in a bowl set over simmering water. Once smooth, spread this decadent mixture over the caramel in the tarts. Let it set before serving, garnished with delicate shavings of chocolate on top.
