Indulgent chocolate chess pie made with a flaky crust and rich cocoa filling.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 0.25 cup melted butter
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for perfectly cooked dishes.
  • Combine sugar and cocoa in a large bowl. In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to beat eggs until light and fluffy; then mix them into the cocoa mixture. Add evaporated milk, butter, and vanilla. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
  • Place in the oven that has been preheated to the specified temperature and bake until firm, which should take around 45 minutes. Allow it to cool before cutting into slices.
