Quick and delicious pie recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 0.66670000553131 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
Instructions:
  • Use a hand mixer to blend butter or margarine, eggs, cocoa, sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Transfer the filling into an unbaked pie shell.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 45 minutes, or until firm. Allow to cool before cutting into slices.
