Elevate dessert with a decadent chocolate chip cheesecake for the ultimate indulgence.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter, melted
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Create a delicious crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cocoa, and melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
  • Get started with the cheesecake by blending the cream cheese until velvety. Slowly pour in the sweetened condensed milk and blend thoroughly. Mix in the eggs and vanilla, then beat at medium speed until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  • Coat 1/3 of the chocolate chips with flour to prevent sinking. Combine them into the cheesecake batter. Transfer mixture into crust and sprinkle the top with the remaining chocolate chips.
  • After baking for 1 hour, allow the cake to cool in the turned off oven (without opening the door) for an additional hour. Then, remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  • Chill the cake in the fridge before removing the pan sides. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
