Indulgent chocolate chip cookie pie with extra butter, topped with caramel and vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (9 inch) pie shell
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 325°F (165°C).
  • In a spacious bowl, whisk eggs until fluffy. Incorporate flour, white sugar, and brown sugar; mix until fully combined. Fold in melted butter, followed by chocolate chips and nuts. Transfer the mixture into the pie shell.
  • Simply bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
