- 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 cup from 1 tub (12 oz) Betty Crocker™ Whipped Strawberry Mist™ Frosting
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Combine the cookie mix, butter, and water in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms.
- Place teaspoonfuls of dough one inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet to make 18 cookies.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 1 minute on the cookie sheet before removing and then cool for an additional 4 minutes before assembling.
- Spread a generous layer of frosting on one cookie, then sandwich another cookie on top, pressing the bottoms together.
