Use heat-stable sugar substitute in sugar-free chocolate chip cookies, equal to 3/4 cup regular sugar per package instructions.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated artificial sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1.125 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Combine butter and sugar substitute in a medium bowl until creamy. Stir in water, vanilla, and egg.
  • Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt, then fold them into the creamy mixture. Add the chocolate chips and pecans, stirring until evenly distributed.
  • Spoon heaping teaspoonfuls of dough onto cookie sheets.
  • Place in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer to wire racks to cool after removing from the cookie sheets.
