Create festive heart-shaped chocolate chip cookies using Betty Crocker™ mix and a heart cookie cutter. Perfect for Valentine's Day or special occasions.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 1/4 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 3-inch open heart-shaped cookie cutter
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine cookie mix, flour, butter, and egg in a medium bowl, stirring until well blended. Roll the mixture into 1 1/4-inch balls.
  • Grease the cookie cutter and cookie sheet. Press dough ball into cutter evenly. Remove cutter and reshape dough if needed. Keep making heart-shaped cookies, spacing 2 inches apart on the sheet. Re-grease the cutter as necessary.
  • Bake for 6 to 8 minutes until lightly golden brown. Let cool for 2 minutes, then transfer from the baking sheet.
