Bisquick® Chocolate Chip Cookies

Quick and easy chocolate chip cookies made with Bisquick Heart Smart mix - ready in 35 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla and egg. Gradually add Bisquick mix and beat on low speed until well combined. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  • Spoon tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, keeping each one about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until edges are set and golden brown. Allow to cool on cookie sheets for 2 minutes then transfer to cooling racks.
