Gluten-Free Bisquick™ Chocolate Chip Cookies

Impress with these delectable, effortless gluten-free cookies!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups Bisquick™ Gluten Free mix
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to beat the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the vanilla and eggs. Gradually add the Bisquick™ mix and beat on low until combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Place dollops of dough, using a tablespoon, onto ungreased cookie sheets with 2 inches of space between each.
  • Bake for 8 to 12 minutes until the edges are set and golden brown. Let cool for 2 minutes, then transfer to cooling racks.
