Create delicious Easter treats with chocolate confetti bark.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 200g pkts baking milk chocolate
  • 62.50 ml white chocolate chips
  • 125.00 ml Brand Pink and White mini marshmallows, halved
  • 40.00 ml Brand Rainbow Sprinkles.
Instructions:
  • Roughly chop the Cadbury Baking Milk Chocolate and melt it in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, ensuring the bowl doesn't touch the water.
  • Prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Pour the melted chocolate onto the tray and use a palette knife to spread it evenly to a thickness of 2mm.
  • Top with decadent Cadbury White Baking Chips, fluffy Coles Brand Pink and White Mallows, and vibrant Coles Brand Rainbow Sprinkles. Allow to sit undisturbed for 30 minutes, or until firm.
  • Cut 30 shapes from the chocolate using a 6cm round or egg-shaped cutter, or break into shards for a rustic touch.
