Simple and stunning choc ripple cake, perfect for a delicious afternoon treat with only 4 ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 600ml thickened cream
  • 82.50 ml drinking chocolate
  • 250g packet Choc Ripple biscuits
  • White chocolate curls, to serve (see tip)
Instructions:
  • Whip cream and drinking chocolate with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  • Spread a generous layer of the cream mixture on a plate. Sandwich the biscuits together with half of the remaining cream mixture. Arrange the biscuits upright on the plate to create a log shape. Coat the log with the rest of the cream mixture, ensuring the top and sides are fully covered. Refrigerate the log overnight as per the note.
  • Garnish cake with chocolate curls, then slice on an angle for a striped presentation. Serve and enjoy!
