Indulgent chocolate-cream cheese cookies with nuts and white chocolate chips - a beloved family treat!
Ingredients:
  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 1.3333333730698 cups white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped nuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for perfect baking results.
  • Combine and gently mix flour and baking soda by sifting in a bowl.
  • In the stand mixer bowl with the paddle attachment, blend cream cheese and butter until smooth. Slowly mix in sugar and egg. Fold in melted chocolate chips, then add flour mixture, white chocolate chips, and nuts; stir until well combined.
  • Scoop the dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving 2 inches of space between each spoonful.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until firm around the edges. Allow to cool briefly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
