Easily elevate your breakfast with a decadent French-inspired dish using only 3 ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 2 sheets ready-rolled frozen puff pastry, partially thawed
  • 160.00 gm chocolate-hazelnut spread
  • 1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C and prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Take each sheet of pastry and divide it into 4 squares. Then, generously spread 1 tablespoon of chocolate-hazelnut spread on each square, making sure to leave a 1.5cm border around the edges.
  • Lightly brush the edges of the pastry with egg. Roll up each square from one corner to the other, gently pressing to seal. Shape the pastry rolls into croissants and place them on the prepared tray. Brush the croissants with more egg for a golden finish.
  • Bake until pastry is golden and puffed, about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
