Chocolate Crumble Bars

Indulgent chocolate bars with a delicious pecan and coconut twist, perfect for dessert lovers.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 package (9-oz size) thin chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 bars (1.55 oz each) white chocolate candy with crunchy chocolate cookie bits, unwrapped, chopped
  • 6 oz white chocolate baking bars or squares, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Cover a 13x9-inch pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  • Combine the cookie crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press the mixture onto the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Cover partially baked crust with a delightful mix of chopped candy, white chocolate, pecans, coconut, and chocolate chips. In a small bowl, combine egg and condensed milk, then pour this mixture over the ingredients on the crust.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool in the pan on a rack until completely cooled. Cut into 6 rows horizontally and 5 rows vertically.
