Decadent raspberry crumble bars with a chocolate crust and silky milk chocolate drizzle inspired by bakery desserts.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1.5 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt for the crust. Cut in butter with a fork until crumbly. Press mixture into the pan, forming the crust with raised edges. Evenly spread raspberry jam over the crust.
  • In a bowl, mix together the flour and sugar for the crumble topping. Add the butter and use a fork to create a crumbly texture. Sprinkle the mixture on top of the jam.
  • Bake until the topping is golden for about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow it to cool after removing from the oven.
  • Combine decadent chocolate chips with creamy milk in a small saucepan and heat over low flame. Stir and cook until melted into a luxurious, velvety mixture for 2 to 3 minutes. Generously drizzle the smooth, melted chocolate over the cooled bars.
