Decadent and moist chocolate cupcakes topped with your favorite frosting, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 1.3333333730698 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 0.75 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare a muffin pan with paper or foil liners.
  • Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, sifting them together for a smooth and uniform mixture.
  • In a large bowl, beat the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one by one, beating thoroughly after each addition. Mix in the vanilla. Gradually add the flour mixture in two parts, alternating with the milk, and beat until well combined.
  • Fill each prepared muffin cup with batter, leaving 1/4 of the space at the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-17 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the centers comes out clean. Let cool before serving or frosting.
