Make a quick and gorgeous sundae with just 4 ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 400g can sweetened condensed skim milk
  • 100g good-quality dark cooking chocolate, broken into squares
  • 12 scoops light & creamy 97 per cent fat-free vanilla ice-cream (Peters brand)
  • 8 chocolate cream wafer biscuits
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, combine the condensed milk and chocolate over low heat. Stir with a metal spoon for 2-3 minutes until the chocolate melts. Take the fudge sauce off the heat and set it aside.
  • For the perfect treat, start by scooping vanilla ice-cream into each serving glass. Gently drizzle half of the rich chocolate fudge sauce. Repeat with the remaining ice-cream and fudge sauce for delicious layers. Serve right away with chocolate cream wafers on the side.
