Indulge in irresistible chocolate-coated bliss balls for the perfect sweet treat.
Ingredients:
  • 400g dark chocolate, chopped (see notes)
  • 250g Original Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 375.00 ml dessicated coconut, plus 1 tbsp extra
  • 50.00 gm almond meal
Instructions:
  • Gently melt 80g of chocolate in a small saucepan on low heat.
  • Combine cream cheese, coconut, almond meal, and melted chocolate in a food processor. Process until smooth. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before using.
  • Shape the cream cheese mixture into tablespoon-sized balls.
  • Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Melt the remaining 320g of chocolate over low heat until smooth. Use a fork to dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Gently tap the fork on the edge of the bowl to remove any excess chocolate before placing the coated ball on the prepared tray.
  • If desired, add a sprinkle of additional coconut. Continue coating the remaining balls with chocolate, making sure to reheat the chocolate halfway through if it becomes too thick.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
